We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Order cut-off: 5:00 PM UK time

Handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Handling time: 1–2 business days
Transit time: 6–8 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Cost

Standard UK Shipping: FREE

There is no minimum purchase requirement for our standard free UK delivery.

Any alternative delivery options and their costs, if offered, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

When tracking becomes available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at contact@housenovus.com with your order number.

Our customer support team will assist you in checking the shipment status.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost or if it arrives damaged, contact us at contact@housenovus.com.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
