We do not claim native 4K resolution for this model. Support for a 4K input signal does not mean a projector displays a native 4K image. Contact us to confirm the native resolution and supported input formats before ordering.
Can I watch Netflix and other streaming services?
Compatibility depends on the streaming service, projector software and connected device. Some services restrict screen mirroring or require a compatible external streaming device. Check your intended service before purchasing.
Does portable mean battery-powered?
Portable describes the compact format. It does not confirm an internal battery. Contact us to check power requirements before ordering for use away from a mains socket.
What affects the projected picture?
Native resolution, brightness, ambient light, projection distance and the viewing surface all affect the result. Follow the manufacturer's setup instructions for suitable positioning and use.
When will my UK order arrive?
Standard UK delivery is free. Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 6–8 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery is 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays. Tracking is emailed when available after dispatch.
Can I return it?
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. There is no restocking fee. Customers pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. For eligible faulty, damaged or incorrect products, HouseNovus covers reasonable return postage or provides an appropriate return method. Please contact us before returning an item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
